It is very accessible and close to Tumon Beach and the center of Tumon. 📍3 minutes by car to Tumon Hotel Road, Tumon Beach, Micronesia Mall (Macys) 5 minutes, GPO (ROSS) shopping mall 10 minutes, and airport 7 minutes away. 📍There is a security gate, so it is more private and safer. Our Blanc House consists of two rooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It's a single-story house, so you can enjoy it privately and freely with your group without any floor noise. All cooking utensils are available to cook food. In front of the complex is a swimming pool and barbecue available and are free to use.
