We offer a 78 m² apartment newly renovated and stylishly furnished in 2021. During the renovation, old building fabric was preserved and harmoniously combined with contemporary comfort. This is located in our 6-family house. The city center can be reached by bus or train in about 15 minutes and the stop for it is only 3 minutes away. The apartment is well suited as a starting point for excursions in and around Dresden. The Elbe Cycle Path can be reached in 5 minutes. Other things to note No pets allowed. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. A washing machine is available in the basement on request (€5.00 per use).
