That includes our 130 acres – and our beach! Other things to note Thalia is self-catering, so now is your opportunity to cook some of our beautiful Tasmanian offerings! Our kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooking fireplace, oven, and four gas burners. We provide a pantry of basic supplies to make your shopping and cooking easier. Please help yourselves to flour, sugar, cereal, olive oil, vinegar, spices, and all manner of coffee and teas. Rosemary, parsley. thyme, chives, oregano and bay leaves grow outside the kitchen door.
