It has a beautiful west-facing balcony with unobstructed views of the Tougnete side. The apartment has been restored to the taste of the day during a recent renovation. The apartment is very well equipped. The living room offers two bench beds (90cm) that can come together to form a double bed. The kitchen offers all the comforts: dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. The room has three single beds (one of which is high). The bottom two can be transformed into a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilets are separate. The residence has an elevator.
