Located in a small village in Kirinda, just 20 mins from Yala National Park, Neem Tree House is an immaculately designed villa situated in grove of Neem Trees. Tucked away from the tourist trail, our elegant villa overlooks a serene lake which attracts plenty of wildlife. Allow us to spoil you with our scrumptious home cooked meals and daily housekeeping. All you need to do is relax and drink in the surroundings. A delicious breakfast is included. We will gladly organize safari's if needed. The space The villa has three spacious air-conditioned rooms, which have ensuite bathrooms. It also includes a fourth bathroom that can be shared amongst the guests, with hot water provided to all bathrooms. An extra bed can be added to each room enabling 9 people to sleep comfortably. The base price of USD 200 per day is for two people. Each additional person will be charged at USD 80 per day. The villa is given out on an exclusive use basis. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa Other things to note The price of the villa includes a delicious and plentiful breakfast. We don't have a self catering option, however, you can order lunch and dinner from our menu. Our thoughtfully crafted menu highlights the full bodied flavours of traditional Sri Lankan fare as well as the subtler flavours of western cuisine. All our produce is sourced locally, and as a result, we get the freshest ingredients available. Meals are lovingly and carefully prepared by our chef Uresha and her family. A meal costs between USD 5-10 Per person based on what you order. We can cater to your specific dietary requirements if you let us know in advance.
