Located in a small village in Kirinda, just 20 mins from Yala National Park, Neem Tree House is an immaculately designed villa situated in grove of Neem Trees. Tucked away from the tourist trail, our elegant villa overlooks a serene lake which attracts plenty of wildlife. Allow us to spoil you with our scrumptious home cooked meals and daily housekeeping. All you need to do is relax and drink in the surroundings. A delicious breakfast is included. We will gladly organize safari's if needed. The villa has three spacious air-conditioned rooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. It also includes two separate bathrooms that can be shared amongst the guests, with hot water provided to all bathrooms. In addition, there is a large cool veranda which sleeps up to 6 people on comfortable beds overlooking the pool and garden. The base price of USD 195 per day is for two people. Each additional person will be charged at USD 40 per day. The total price of the villa for 12 persons is USD 595 per day. Guests have access to the entire villa Kumari and Ranjith live on the premises with their family and will be your hosts during your stay. You will find them to be diligent and courteous, catering to your every need without ever intruding on your privacy. If you want to visit Yala National Park they will be happy to organize the safari for you. The villa is at the edge of Yala National park and overlooks a serene lake. Located in a quiet village you will be able to immerse your self in the local village life. The price of the villa includes a delicious and plentiful breakfast. We don't have a self catering option, however, you can order lunch and dinner from our menu. Our thoughtfully crafted menu highlights the full bodied flavours of traditional Sri Lankan fare as well as the subtler flavours of western cuisine. All our produce is sourced locally, and as a result, we get the freshest ingredients available. Meals are lovingly and carefully prepared by our chef Kumari and her family. A meal costs between USD 5-10 Per person based on what you order. We can cater to your specific dietary requirements if you let us know in advance.
