Private room with SHARED bath in a refinished one story duplex apt. Short walk to downtown, farmer's market, Brightleaf Square, Bulls Stadium, DPAC, and 2 miles to Duke. Hardwood floors, kitchen access, living room, dining table. I am usually there but occasionally have a subletter. 1 bathroom to share. The space You'll have you own private room with queen size bed. This is a 2 bdrm apt. The other bdrm will be occupied by myself or another guest. The bathroom is shared. Guest access You'll have access to the living room, kitchen, kitchen table, etc. No use of oven/stove or washer/dryer. Only microwave and fridge. During your stay I'm available for any questions you might have during your stay. I can definitely give you recommendations on things to do or places to eat in the neighborhood. Other things to note It is a duplex apt and shares walls with the neighbor in the duplex. The walls are thin and you can hear him, his TV, or music occasionally but this is usually not an issue for guests. I don’t have a personal pet that lives on the property but I dog sit sometimes so occasionally there may be a dog.
