The Melo Sur apartment is a bright two-bedroom duplex, located in the heart of Playa Las Américas. Ideal for walking, relaxing, going to the beach, shopping or having fun. A three-minute walk away, you can enjoy the “Golden Mile”, an impressive promenade parallel to the seafront avenue where you can find all kinds of shops, a variety of restaurants, and shows. TV, free WiFi, card games, books, dominoes... hammocks in case you want to spend the day lying on the beach. If there's a baby in your family, let me know and we'll put up a crib. If you need a gym, you'll find the best gym in Playa Las Américas across the street. The pools are NOT heated. We don't need it because they have a pleasant temperature. Guest access The complex has swimming pools. One of them is just for boys and girls. The other, larger one is 25x8 meters. Sunbathing area. Gardens with benches to enjoy the environment. Other things to note I like to travel with my family. That's why I'm in favor of hosting dogs in my apartment, as they're one of the family. And because we love them like other family members, we're responsible for them. Therefore, I strongly urge you to let me know if you are coming with a pet animal and, for the sake of coexistence and hygiene, please pick up their droppings inside and outside the house.
