In peace and quiet, I offer 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and possibly a single bed, 2 bathrooms, a study room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a living room, a furnished terrace, and a courtyard with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, all tastefully furnished in the green ,in the back a large meadow surrounded to the north by trees. It is my childhood home, with a familiar and slightly retro feel, my "buen retiro," where you can stroll and read, relax and forget the noise of the city. The space The peace and tranquility of the place make the apartment pleasant, furnished with care, the farmhouse, dated 1780, maintains the flavor (URL HIDDEN) the location is, however, strategic as it is close to the Genoa Airport and to all the towns of lower Piedmont, Acqui Terme, Ovada, Serravalle, Novi Ligure, and Alessandria. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, the living room, the terrace, the garden, both in front of the entrance and on the side, towards the valley cultivated with vineyards, the parking lot on the side and in front of the farmhouse is free, from the car you can directly access the entrance on the ground floor; the arrival is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Other things to note The farmhouse is perfect for those who love horses and golf. Between the hills and the vineyards there are 2 large stables and Villa Carolina with well-stocked golf courses. There is an interesting path between wines and castles, Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, and a few kilometers away the hills of Gavi. For those who want to have an aperitif in the summer coolness while enjoying a sunset streaked with red over the woods and the hill, the terrace is perfect... quiet and peaceful...
