Spacious home in rural Constantia

Our peaceful home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the lush Constantia Valley. On our doorstep: Constantia wine lands offer excellent wine tasting; Table Mountain National Park with a variety of beautiful walks; a number of shopping centers and an abundance of great restaurants. 10 min. drive to Westlake golf course, 20 min. drive to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and Muizenberg beach and 30 min. to the centre of Cape Town. The space Our home is surrounded by green fields with beautiful views of the Constantiaberg Mountains. The house has 3 levels: Upstairs floor: 2 bedrooms, both have bathrooms en suite. Each room has a queen size bed - extra length bed in main room. The bathroom in the main room has a bath and a shower and the bathroom in the second room has a shower. Ground floor: consists of a beautiful open plan space with solid oak floors - fully equipped kitchen (with views onto the field), dining room with 6 to 8 seater table, lounge (with fireplace) that opens out onto a patio near the swimming pool, and a bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with a bath. Downstairs floor: this area is not available to guests as it is used by the owners. To ensure privacy the inter leading door is locked and sound-proofed. The outside entertainment/pool area also has a covered outdoor lounge area with a nearby braai and sunken fire pit. Integral Health Studio: This building is completely separate and some distance from the main house and will be used by Ingrid for her work. Garden: The established fynbos garden with a stream and water feature is fully fenced and private. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, and garden except for the Integral Health studio (which is a separate building on the property) and the lower level room (which is used by the owners - this room has an inter-leading door that is locked and sound-proofed ensuring privacy for the guests) Other things to note Domestic worker works on a Monday and Thursday and gardener works on Tuesday and Friday. Gardener will also clean and maintain the swimming pool.
