Queen bed converted garage- separate private bthrm

A basic private, converted garage with separate bathroom (approx 10m down a paved path, grey door on left). Parking in middle bay under carport. please don't hit my house when reversing! Basic breakfast provided. The space **Please read the full description. ******No WiFi. The library across the street has free access if needed. Please confirm that you have read this. My garage has been converted into a comfortable, private space however the bathroom is located approx 10m outside your accomodation (FOLLOW PATHWAY, DARK GREY DOOR ON LEFT NEAR PATIO STAIRS). Parking is available in the middle bay under the carport. It's a bit shit but hopefully you're good at using your mirrors and reversing. I'm happy to assist if required, my driving is ace! Otherwise there's free street parking nearby (not directly outside property, that is a no standing zone). There are basic cooking facilities etc in your space. Toaster / hot plate / air fryer / sandwich press / kettle / microwave / sauce pans / frying pans. There is no sink in your actual room. *** there is a sink and washing up facilities on the back patio of the main house next to the washing machine.*** Please confirm you have also read this. Bread and milk will also be provided. I have provided enough for your stay. if you require extra of these, there is an IGA and 7/11 nearby. I prefer to leave guests alone. You are free to come and go as you please. There are some decent parks nearby and Zillmere park run is in the next street if you're into that sort of thing. Guest access A basic private, converted garage. I will leave the accomodation unlocked for you on your arrival day. The key will be on the table. I never have anyone checking out the day you arrive so check in whenever you like. During your stay I work random hours at the moment. I prefer to give guests their space and privacy but happy to answer any questions you may have. There is no wasing facilities in your accomodation. There's a plastic tub for your dirty dishes. Please feel free to use the sink on the back patio (next to washing machine). There's dishwashing liquid etc there. Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi. sorry. The library on the corner has free WiFi if you need.
