Private Room and Sunny Terrace

Cozy room in beautiful and quiet Bungalow. I have two terraces which allows you to make the most of the sun and gives more privacy to guests. Equipped with a pool with Spa jets and oriented to get the most out of all hours of the sun. The common rooms are renovated. The residential is 12 min from the CC.Yumbo 5 min from the CC Faro 2 and 5 min from the Holiday world leisure area. There is a bus stop in front and parking outside. The space The room I rent is cozy, bright, ventilated in a quiet and safe complex. The bungalow has two entrances one of them is next to the room providing more privacy. The terrace is large, makes the most of the hours of sunshine and also the sunsets are beautiful. Choosing my space as a vacation option will guarantee you total enjoyment in addition to high satisfaction in quality/price ratio. Guest access The parking is public, just at the entrance of the residential. I have 1 huge terrace that allows you to enjoy all hours of the sun. 3 swimming pools, the large one equipped with two waterfall jets and a waterfall in the area that covers more. There is a gym 150 meters away as well. Finally, 350 meters away is the South Park, an exceptional place to walk and train outdoors. Also 5 minutes away is a renovated amusement park called Holiday World with a selection of modern and delicious dining spaces. During your stay YOU ARE GOING TO BECOME AWARE OF THE ATERDECERES IN THIS PLACE. I will be happy to help in everything I can, I usually provide recommendations of which places to visit, try to help in finding the best options according to the type of trip you have planned and even if my schedule allows it and you are interested in doing some activity together. Other things to note To improve the coexistence I have an extra fridge that allows guests more storage capacity in case they want to cook at home. The location of my bungalow makes it ideal for enjoying the maximum sun and the area where it is located is fantastic for getting around in Maspalomas.
