DALES COTTAGE is a cosy 3 bedroomed end terrace which sleeps up to 6 people in an idyllic location ten minutes walk from the charming and popular village of Grassington. A one minute walk takes you to the famous Linton Falls over the River Wharf. Complete with AGA, wood burning stove, superfast Wifi and well equipped with games, books, DVD's and local info we offer everything you need after a day exploring the Dales.100% Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy towels and all sticks & logs included. The space Dales Cottage is a large end of terrace property which has recently undergone a sympathetic and professional restoration offering a very comfortable retreat. It is a charming cottage, full of character with beamed ceilings, an open fire and AGA but also fitted out with a freeview TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and free WiFi. On the first floor there is a King Sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the landing. There is also a gorgeous twin bedded room with handmade headboards and woollen throws. Next door is the house bathroom with bath, shower over, sink and WC. On the top floor, in the attic bedroom there are two single beds, one of which is a truckle bed providing an extra bed for a child if needed. Please note there is no door on the attic bedroom. The side and front of the property provide the perfect sun trap where you can enjoy a drink as you relax after a day in the dales. To the rear is a small yard area (not enclosed) with a table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or an evening drink! Please note in peak periods weekly bookings are required and changeover days are usually Mondays and Fridays.
