Room 19 minutes by bus from Basel

In BnB Bird's Nest in Allschwil: Very cozy room with 1 bed 90 cm or with double bed 180 cm. Then with 2 beds it is very cramped in the room! (We have a total of 5 rooms). Small seating area and large stone table in a natural garden with a bird paradise. Bus ride to the center of Basel only 19 minutes! /10 minutes by car! Our 5 rooms are very comfortably furnished with quality mattresses/duvets, and with pretty, antique wooden furniture. In the natural and wild garden there are sometimes deer, badgers and storks. At night you can listen to the tawny owl and the nightingale. The B&B has a separate entrance and its own B&B kitchen, which we have replaced, for cooking yourself. It is therefore ideal for several days and/or families/groups/courses. Right in front of the house, there are always free parking spaces. We live with our three children in the house next door. Free tea and Nescafe to make yourself in bright, friendly entrance room with sofa, armchair and table. You are also welcome to bring your own breakfast or cook other meals (there is a refrigerator!). Direct bus to Basel city center!: 3-minute walk to Engeholleweg station & 19-minute by bus (33) to SCHIFFLÄNDTE/city center/market square. 10 minutes by car. 20 minutes by bike. To the SBB RAILWAY STATION: 3-minute walk to Engeholleweg station & 15-minute bus ride (33) to SCHÜTZENHAUS station. Here change to tram (1 or 8) 5 minutes to the SBB train station. 11 minutes by car. 20 minutes by bike. Guest access 1 free parking space! Additional parking spaces 5.00/night. Other things to note Kitchen Everything that is not marked private is at your disposal. Food: Please only consume your own. Kitchen rules: Please place used DISHES in the dishwasher. We will run the machine as soon as it is full. Please wash the PANS and dry them so that the other guests can also cook... Please leave all shared spaces, such as the kitchen, bathroom and lounge, as you found them. To the delight of the other guests. Thank you! Street shoes: there is space under the bookshelf in the entrance, otherwise please leave them in the room.
