Enjoy this private suite with its own locking entrance that is located under our main house where we live as a family of 4 *AT TIMES WE CAN BE HEARD UPSTAIRS WHEN WE ARE HOME* We are just a couple of houses off the Choctawhatchee Bay and you can see and feel its beautiful presence. The suite can sleep 4 comfortably. This is a quiet neighborhood and we are located on a large lot with lots of space to relax and play outdoor games. Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, parks. Must Be 25 To Book This is a large clean space for our guest to stay in. There is a queen and twin bed. We also have a single roll-a-way, and two couches for sleeping on. You can come and go as you please because you will have your own entrance and will be able to lock the place when not there. We do have a laundry upstairs and are willing to let guests use it. TV and WIFI included. You can also bring your boat as we have 2 public boat launches near by. 1 is about a half mile from the house and is under the 331 bridge. The other is in Hogtown Bayou off 393 North. Multiple public beaches within a few miles. You will have access to the yard and the access to the bay *please note - seawall and dock currently damaged from Hurricane Michael. In the back yard we have lots of open space to play games and relax. There is badminton, bocce ball, and other toys for the kids. There is a back porch downstairs for out door eating and grilling. This neighborhood is quiet and not on a thru street. It is laid back and has lots of old oaks. We are close to many public beaches, restaurants, shops, and parks. The Bay Restaurant is within biking distance or walking distance. We also have a park that is within biking and walking distance. There is a public library close by. There are beaches with in a 10 minute drive. Check out Grayton Beach, Gulf Place, Sandestin, The Outlets at Silver Sands, Destin, Harbor Walk, Pier Park, Panama City Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach **When booking please be sure to include any and all guests that will be staying.
