A simple minimalist style unit complete with basic amenities. The unit is fully furnished, has 24/7 cctv and security. A perfect place for a quick weekend getaway as the location is about 5 mins. Drive to Nuvali Park, close to Enchanted Kingdom and around 15-20mins drive to Tagaytay. The condo has a roof deck jogging path, garden balcony and swimming pool making it a cozy relaxation place after a whole day of fun-filled activities from Nuvali, Tagaytay, Enchanted, etc. The space 1 Bedroom corner unit - it's a cozy space good for couple occupancy KITCHEN All appliances and kitchen utensils are available for use but please clean up after use. There is a small fridge which is perfect to cool drinks. Other appliances provided for your convenience are: electric kettle, rice cooker, induction cooker, pots&pans, built-in wall storage, 3in1 Breakfast maker (coffee maker, bread toaster, pancake pan) DINING AREA There is a square table that can be converted into a rectangular dining space. LIVING ROOM Relax at a 2-3 seater sofa, 1 reclining chair, 1 stool, 32 inch TV with ABSCBN TV plus BATHROOM Hot&cold shower is available. I will provide 2 bath towels, shower gel/bath soap and shampoo. LAUNDRY Washing machine is provided but there is additional cost if guests would like to use it. AMENITIES A lap and kid's pool is available for guests, pls. Note that pool is not available on Mondays for maintenance. WARDROBE STORAGE There is a built in shelves and hanging poles in the bedroom PARKING There is a free street parking but for a limited time. Paid parking is available at PHP100 per night.
