Fully staffed Rote beachfront villa

Located right on Tunggaoen Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Rote, with a surf break in front and mid-way between the famous Boa and T-Land surf breaks, the villa is an ideal retreat for a couple family or group of friends looking for a fully serviced holiday escape. The space The villa has three spacious bedrooms with views of the beach and sea. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king sized bed , while the second room upstairs has two single beds. Both have balconies overlooking the beach and share the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs, there is a large living/dining area with facilities for preparing drinks and snacks. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a patio leading into the front garden, facing the beach. Downstairs there is a second bathroom. All the beds are provided with mosquito nets, although sightings of mosquitoes are rare in the dry season. The villa has a Starlink satellite internet system, providing possibly the highest speed internet that you’ll get on Rote. In the case of the area’s electricity going off and the mobile phone system stopping, the villa internet continues to work using a generator. The villa is staffed with manager/handyman, a cook and cleaner. The staff prepare three meals a day in the villa kitchen, which is separate from the villa. Meals use a variety of fresh local ingredients sourced from the market and local fishermen. Fresh fish, lobster and squid will be available when the fishermen make a catch. The villa has a wood fired pizza oven and the cook will prepare pizza's if requested. The villa is cleaned daily and the staff will take care of your washing upon request in the villa laundry. The villa has a boat with boat captain that is available for one surf or fishing trip per day. The boat captain will wait while you surf. The boat should only be used if you are confident of your safety. An indemnity form will need to be signed by each adult passenger who wishes to use the boat. Guest access The entire villa and gardens are available to guests. Only staff have access to the work areas - staff kitchen, laundry and utilities rooms. The living area has its own refrigerator, sink and gas cooking rings for snacks. The kitchen used by staff to prepare meals is at the back of the property. Other things to note The electricity supply in Rote can be unreliable. The villa has a generator that powers all villa equipment and electrical sockets in case of power outage. The generator does not cut in automatically but needs to be started by staff.
