NEW FARM ROOM - Close to city, cafes, river & more

Your room will remain the same and you will still have access to the essentials (bathroom, kitchen, kitchen utensils and gear, washing machine) but it will not be as aesthetic as the photos. Close to shops, New Farm Park, public transport and CityCat (ferry). Off-street parking is available but shared with other residents and staff in the building so not always guaranteed during peak time About the Building: This complex is a little older but has been maintained extremely well by the owner so it still feels young. My apartment is not accessibility friendly as it’s on the top floor and requires walking up 2 flights of stairs. The location of the room also has some road noise so not ideal for light sleepers. Guest access Living room, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, Internet, and patio are all available for guests. During your stay I have now moved out so you will be greeted and hosted by my housemate Dona who lives in the master bedroom. I will pop in every now and then to collect stuff Other things to note I am very close with my neighbours (both proximity and relationally) so no loud noises or banging after 10pm.
