The apartment is situated close to Bocconi University, Statale University, Gaetano Pini hospital, La Madonnina Hospital and Policlinico Hospital. Nearby there is a supermarket name Pam in viale Sabotino 6 open every day until midnight. The space The apartment is situated at mid level on the inside part of the building. The colorful kitchen and open space livingroom lead to a big private terrace with a covered pergola with a table and chairs. Guest access The guests are welcome to use the entire apartment. Upon your arrival in Italy, it is mandatory for the host to register all guests with the government. Before your check in you must send us a copy of the passpost of all guests. In case you don't want to send us your documents through AIRBNB, you will be required to give us a copy of your passpost at the time of your check in. The document to be presented must have at least: full name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, place of dispatch and document identification number. As a suggestion, provide a passport. For stays longer than 30 days it is mandatory to sign a contract. You will be provided with an English translation. We remind guests that in case you have friends or family that want to stay overnight we need to receive their ID or Passport as well, in order to register them too.
