The James Island Suite is a beautiful converted garage apartment located in iconic Charleston, SC. This suite is equipped with a walk in closet, bathroom, kitchenette, queen bed and spacious a living area. Conveniently located 15 min from Folly beach and 15 min from downtown Charleston. We are pet friendly with a small $50 pet fee (total for stay, not per night). The space This beautifully renovated converted garage apartment with its own private entry for a nice private vacation spot. This spot is just off the beaten path enough to provide peaceful tranquility that will allow you to sleep late or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. We are also close enough to the action for a short drive (or Uber ride) to the beach or downtown for some amazing Charleston nightlife. In addition you have the added convenience of the host being right there to help with any problems, questions, or even recommendations for local area attractions but will not disturb you during your stay. There is plenty of parking right in front of your entrance. You will enjoy plenty of amenities including towels, shower toiletries, light snacks, bottled water, coffee, tea, and treats for the fur babies. This place has plenty of dishes and silverware if you are dining in and plenty of places that deliver by way of Uber Eats or DoorDash. A 40amp EV vehicle charger is available upon request and charging is complimentary during our low peak hours (19 hrs a day). It uses the standard J1772 EV plug so Tesla owners will need to make sure they bring there adapter. PET FEE: Please note that there is a $50 pet fee to help cover added costs and efforts associated with pets in the apartment (usually shedding is the main culprit). The pet fee of $50 (singular payment, not per day or per pet) This fee can be added to your booking charge by adding your pet, when identifying a number of guests during the booking otherwise cash is accepted. James Island County park is less than a mile down the road and is an excellent spot to take your fur babies or two legged babies as they have a wonderful dog park and walking/biking paths/playground and more. There are plenty of other things to do at this park with available rentals for bikes, kayaks, peddle boats, and more! You can even take a kayak or peddle boat for a chance to see an alligator in its natural environment (don't touch). Guest access You will enjoy your privacy with the private entrance with convenient parking right in front. You have use of the backyard for walking those four legged friends, but please be sure to clean up any messes they may make. We do have a large black lab on property with a fierce bark and a very aggressive snuggle LOL. You have wifi access as well as Hulu and Netflix. Feel free to log into your own account or use ours if you don't have one. If you log into your own please remember to remove your account so your recommended movies or shows doesn't get altered by future guests. Other things to note PET FEE: Is included if you booked your pet along with number of guest please check your booking. If not, please be sure to have $50 cash if you are traveling with a pet or we can arrange for digital funds transfer. This is a singular payment to help cover costs and added efforts associated with pets staying in the apartment.
