Mona Vale Beach Private Room(s)

We have a gorgeous beach house only 100m to Mona Vale Basin with views and the sounds of the ocean piping through the house. It is less than a 5min walk to the B1 bus line that takes you to the city. We welcome anyone whether on business or leisure to enjoy our home during their stay. We have available 3 bedrooms, all recently renovated. There is a living area, TV, lounge and entertainment bar. Please note we have our master bedroom upstairs and share the stairwell. The space Please note we live in the house as well. The listing is not for the entire house. We have 3 rooms available from the front of the property ( bedroom 1 ) through to the back of the upstairs section. All bedrooms are in a row and Bed 1 and Bed 2 share a beautiful brand new bathroom. Bed 3 has its own en suite and shower. Not as new as the other one but still very practical and functional. Please look at all the photos and accompanying diagrams. Guest access Parking is on street. You access the property through the front security gate via a pin code. If we're not home, we would've made provisions to share the pin code access and where to locate the key for the front door. Don't worry about the dog. He's just protecting his property and will bark and carry on but once you're in will lick you to death. In 99% of cases we will greet you and show you around so you're clear on whats going on. During your stay Hi there Our home is large and there are multiple relaxation spaces to enjoy in both the warmer and the colder months. Although you're occupying a room, it is no problems with us as hosts that you enjoy the rest of the property. All we ask from both parties is that we be respectful of each others privacy if this is what you want and visa versa. All you need to do is communicate your exact wishes and we will do out utmost best to accommodate these wishes. Other things to note The house isn't available for hire. It's just the rooms. We're happy to share and co locate the upstairs space with you and you're happy to enjoy the property and its amenities. it's all about respect for each others privacy and space so communicate early your preferences and we will do our best to accommodate them so you have a wonderful stay. Update 31/3/2021 - Additional notes re our home. Builders are renovating next door ( to the west of us ) and they start work @ around 0700 - 0730 Monday through Friday ( not weekends or public holidays ). The noise isn't obtrusive but if you were after a solid sleep in ( hey it's your holiday :) ), I thought it is worth a mention. If you have any questions regarding this, please message me and I can detail a bit further. I like to be accurate with all details so everyone is aware of our surroundings.
