Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of southern Shawnee County in Auburn ( Topeka ) Kansas, its the perfect place to rent for family reunions, vacations or retreats. Our farm stay is just 10 minutes from Topeka city limits where you can visit Heartland Park, State Capital, local college sports, SV Event Center, Kansas History Museum, The Zoo, Gage Park and still relax in a country setting after. Our Farm Stay has plenty of space inside and out for a family vacation stop. The large deck, spacious yard, and beautiful shade trees has room for the whole group to enjoy games, picnics, and campfires. The kitchen has ample space for partner cooking and serving buffet style. Large dining area had flex seating. Bedrooms are carpeted and cozy with convenient access to restrooms. Our large dining area and social space can be used for dinners, games or doing a group project. The livestock pen is just a short walk from the house where our old farm dog Sasha is likely to greet you and the laying hens scamper about and free range . The produce high tunnels, grazing pastures and herd of cattle can be seen from the grounds. We offer short tours by atv when weather permits upon request. Due to livestock as our livelihood, this is a no smoking, no pet facility. Neighboring homes have considerable surrounding acreages. no other homes can be seen from the home. The main view from the deck is pastures and farmland. Transportation by car is necessary to get to and from this location. The last few miles are on country roads with few streetlights. When you get here though, you can see the stars!
