The apartment is on the second floor of a recently restored 18th-century building. The neighborhood is lively and full of clubs. It's off the beaten track but close to the center. It is at the intersection of two canals, has four windows and a very beautiful view. It is ideal for art lovers: it is only a 10-minute walk from the Art Biennale venues and only 10-15 minutes from Piazza San Marco.
