This room is quite basic, and affordable for someone who just needs a place to stay, cook, read, and relax. It's not a luxury apartment. Other things to note This room is on AirBnB for cheap because I now have another place in Ikoyi, and I simply do not want my apartment to be empty and gathering dust. All guests need to do is avoid damaging or taking away my personal effect, avoid leaving smoking burns on my beddings and sheets. You may have one visitor who comes and leaves same day, but not crowds, parties, or other people staying over. No use of my address to receive packages or deliveries.
