This room is in a 2-Bedroom apartment within a secure gated estate in Ajah area of Lekki, Lagos. There's a bathroom and toilet en-suite, and it has a large wardrobe too. Guests have access to a Washing Machine, 32-Inch Smart TV in the Parlour, WiFi, Gas Cooker with Oven, Dining Area, Fridge, and lots of parking space. WiFi internet is paid for, and electricity is only public supply which is not 24 hours. The space It's a room in a private secure estate in the Ajah area of Lekki. The amenities available to guest including Washing Machine, Fridge, and Smart TV and WiFi to be paid for, which make visits quite comfortable. This room is quite basic, and affordable for someone who just needs a place to stay, cook, read, and relax. It's not a fully serviced luxury apartment. Other things to note This room is on AirBnB for cheap because I now have another place in Ikoyi, and I simply do not want my apartment to be empty and gathering dust. However, I also will not be on hand to provide all necessary service and assistance. All guests need to do is avoid damaging or taking away my personal effect, avoid leaving smoking burns on my beddings and sheets, and pay for WiFi if they need fast unlimited internet and fuel the generator for extra hours of electricity. You may have one visitor who comes and leaves same day, but not crowds, parties, or other people staying over. No use of my address to receive packages or deliveries.
