Surrounded by the blu of the sea and the green of lemon trees, ideal for those who want to visit the beauties of our area also enjoying the calm of a quiet place and the aromas of nature. Terrace with panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples, with its three islands (Capri, Ischia and Procida) and Vesuvius volcano. Patio with table, pizza oven and barbecue. Garden equipped with hammocks and sunbeds. Ample spaces, ideal for relaxing, but also for pleasant evenings with your friends, or your children. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen and an outside kitchen with barbecue. It has 2 bathrooms, with showers, a bathtub, and an outside shower with hot water. The house is equipped with independent air conditioning in all the rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, SMART-TV, WI-FI. Finally, large outside spaces and garden are present. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house, the large patio with sofas and a dining table. You can also use the barbecue corner fully equipped with all the utensils. Upon request, at an extra cost, you can also use the pizza oven and someone who will prepare the pizzas for you. You will also have an area where you can park your cars for free and the garden equipped with hammocks and sunbeds, ideal for relaxing or for your children to play. Other things to note NOTE 1: It is very recommended to rent cars or scooters. The house is about 1km from the square of Termini (the road is steep, so it is about 20 minutes to go and 15 minutes to come back by foot). In the square there are all the shops and the bus stop to reach Sorrento or Marina del Cantone beach. To reach Capri Island / Amalfi Coast a company offers two very nice daily boat tours including minibus pickup service. The minibus stop is at 500m from the house (Price is 65 / 60 per adult, ask for more information). Despite that the best way to move is by car, motorcycle or scooter, because public transport is not very frequent: about 1 bus every 2 hours and the last one from Sorrento to come back is usually at 9:30 pm (depending on the time table of the season); taxi are quite expensive (about 80 euro to reach Sorrento in 20 minutes) and Uber is not available in our region. It is possible, if interested, to rent scooters and cars also directly with us thanks to our collaboration with a local rent car, ask for more information. However, to make easier arrival and departure, we recommend to rent them directly at the airport/station. NOTE 2: For security reason at the check-in, I'm obliged to register your documents. Finally we are required to collect on your behalf the payment in cash of the city touristic tax and to send it to the city (€3 per person per day).
