Foggy Heights Villas is located inside Foggy Heights Village. The gate of the village is along E. Aguinaldo Highway, just beside Metrobank-Olivarez. It is very near Tagaytay rotunda, Fora Mall, Ayala Serin, Mcdonald's-Olivarez, Olivarez College, Tagaytay Medical Center, Lourdes Church, Pink Sisters, various banks and other commercial establishments. The space There are 4 villas inside Foggy Heights Villas compound. I am handling 2 villas (fronting the pool) which are available for rent. It is just beside each other. The pool is semi-private and may be used by the 2 units I'm handling. In order not to mix with other guests, each group/unit are given a time slot (good for 4 hours) to use the pool as follows: 2-6PM, 6-10PM or 7-11AM. Please let me know your preferred time for the pool use. Note: It is a must for children to be accompanied by a responsible adult while swimming. Each unit has 3 aircon bedrooms, 2 toilet & bath with hot/cold shower, living, dining, kitchen area, TV, wi-fi, ref, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, 2-burner gas stove with basic pots & pans, plates, glasses and utensils. We also provide drinking water for our guests in each unit. There is a griller outside the house, you just have to bring coal (uling). And a videoke room for rent in the compound (350/hr). Guest access The pool area has a shower room & a powder room which the guests can use anytime, including the al fresco dining area. Other things to note The Foggy Heights Village Homeowners Association Inc. has given us notice that there will be a 10/pax donation upon entering the village for all transient houses in the village. The guard will also request the guests to log their names in the logbook upon entering.
