Our 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2800 square foot newly refaced custom home on 9,000 square feet of green is located at the base of Madonna Mountain about 1 mile from downtown and close to Cal Poly. From the fairy-lighted Succulent Garden Lounge to the tree-surrounded backyard deck. My father built this house in the 1980's and I am proud to share our updated family home with you! The beds upstairs are Eastern Kings. Each upstairs bedroom has dresser drawers, empty closets, flat-screen TVs, DVD players, Roku players, remote controls, a DVD collection, nightstand light controls & plugs (USB & outlet), table & chairs, luggage racks and oscillating fans. The Master bedroom has a private deck with two chairs and a side table. Downstairs, the beds are Queens with a twin triple bunk bed in one room. Each of the downstairs rooms have flat-screen TVs, DVD players, Roku players with remotes, fans, dresser drawers, empty closets, luggage racks, and nightstand light controls & plugs (USB & outlet). For the Rokus and smart DVD player, don't forget your account passwords for services. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need for light cooking and dining. There is a Jenn-Air downdraft gas stove/grill/oven, toaster oven, coffee station, mixer and microwave. The washer and dryer are also available for guest use. Through the french doors in the dining room is the fairy-lighted Succulant Garden Lounge which is perfect for extending your dining into the outdoors. The backyard deck is surrounded by trees and foliage leading to our center statue. We have decorated the home to bring out its most amazing feature: all the beautiful custom hardwood throughout. Every piece was treated, cut, shaped and placed by my father. Guest access We are excited to share this beautiful, custom home with you. Enjoy our appliances, commons, board game collection, DVD's, books and please make yourself at home! Street Parking with permits (4 provided) please do not park on the driveway. Other things to note Hike (the Madonna Mountain trail is right around the corner), bike (Foothill cyclery is a 2-minute bike ride away), wine (Paso Robles is about 30 minutes away) and dine (eat your way through downtown SLO and walk it off as home is only 15 minutes away.) Rules ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, NO PARTIES, NO LOUD PARTYING AND NO PETS. *The number of guests at all times in our home must be the number on the reservation.* This is a upscale neighborhood with million dollar homes so any disturbing or loud behavior will be reported. Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Names must be provided prior to arrival. Quiet hours are from 1O pm until 8 am by city ordinance. No open fires of any kind, including candles. PLEASE be respectful to our home and our neighbors. DO NOT move furniture. Please return kitchen supplies, amenities, games, DVD's, decorative items to where they were originally located. Guests may be charged additional fees up to the full security deposit for violation of rules. Additional charges may be requested if additional cleaning is needed over the standard cleaning. Owner or my representative reserves the right to enter home for urgent maintenance or inspection, if necessary. Please do not park on the driveway. Release of Liability & Hold Harmless: The guests agree to use the property and its amenities at the guest’s own risk. The landlords will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by the guest and/or the guest’s occupants or guests when on the property, and the guest will indemnify the landlord for any actions resulting from injuries to guest and/or guest’s occupants or guests. The guest must operate features of the property in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and in a safe, responsible manner. Security of Home & Contents: Guest assumes full responsibility for home's contents, as well as Guest’s personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave. You must also acknowledge Must climb stairs Surveillance or recording devices on property - Security camera located in outside entry way by the front door will be on.
