Nets near the Beach is just three minutes walk to the beautiful Lilli Pilli Beach. There is also a great cafe just down the road. The property has reverse cycle air conditioning and unlimited WIFI. The house is open plan, flowing out to a large deck off the living area which provides plenty of room to entertain and have a barbeque. If you have children the deck can be latched and the backyard is fully enclosed. The space Nets near the Beach is a holiday home just a few minute walk to the lovely Lilli Pilli Beach - you only need to head down the side street and you are there (no main roads to cross). When heading to the beach, grab the beach umbrellas, buckets and spades, or the kick boards, which are all provided. Just next to the beach there is a lovely little park with swings and electric barbeques. For those of us who love a coffee, there is an excellent café just a short walk down the road. But if you wish to laze around the house, the Nespresso coffee machine is great for a coffee on the deck. If you have small children the deck can be latched for peace of mind, and the backyard is fully enclosed. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher looks out on to the deck. Reverse cycle air-conditioning provides heating or cooling to living areas. There is a selection of board games and cards or use the WIFI and Smart TV for some real downtime. There are three bedrooms with two queen beds and two singles - all have new top quality mattresses. All beds have electric blankets in winter and quality linen and bedding provided. The house is furnished and supplied with all you require for a perfect stay. Stay for the weekend to enjoy the area, or if you stay a little longer you may wish to consider a short drive to places like Mogo Zoo , Tilba Tilba or do a little shopping in Batemans Bay (or you can always just grab a few supplies from the IGA at Surf Beach or Malua Bay).
