Sleeping up to 3 guests(no children under 12 years) , this fantastic fully private place, 2 beds :one in the separate sleeping room with a 2 persons bed ( 140 cm) and a 1 persons sofabed (120 cm) in the livingroom, bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet for your stay in Amsterdam! This place is designed with your comfort in mind. A warm inviting living space, an elegant dining table and chairs. Nearby distance supermarkets, nice restaurants and other shops. There is a closet for clothes The space The space is on the first floor. You can stay here with up to 3 persons, one has to sleep on the sleeping- sofa in the living room.If you have any other questions, please mail us. Guest access The stairs leads you to the first floor, the space you rent has its own entrance on the first floor. Everything is only for you no shared spaces Other things to note Guests we looking for: - Respectful of neighbours (keep level of noise down) and respectful to our belongings. (After 10.30PM extra respectfull to neighbours who like to sleep) - Non-smokers (or smokers that smoke outside the house, only really outside) ( no smoking of drugs aloud also not outside the house) - Any age if staying as a couple At time of departure: make sure the apartment is tidy, the garbage is bagged and the magnetron, and fridge/freezer are clean. All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee.
