Boone Dock Lake House

Boone Dock Lake House is located near Princeton, MN. We offer 90 ft of private sandy beach on Green Lake (a great fishing lake!), a dock, the main house, bunk house, a gazebo & patio, dock & boat lift. We would love to have you & your family enjoy this sunny lake space! * It is important to know that our second bathroom located in the bunk house is not available to use November - April (the cold winter months). That bathroom is not insulated therefore we need to keep it winterize The space Boone Dock Lake House offers all the amenities of a comfortable home with the lake and beach as your view. To be noted - The Bunk House is located as a separate space attached to the garage. It is aprox 20' from the front door to the bunk house door. Guest access Most spaces are available to use. However, the living room closet, pantry and garage are unavailable for guest use. Other things to note * It is important to know that our second bathroom located in the bunk house is not available to use November - April (the cold winter months). That bathroom is not insulated therefore we need to keep it winterized. *Please note this is a quiet neighborhood and out of respect for our neighbors our property isn’t a fit for parties or large gatherings. Also please be respectful of our neighbors space and their families. *We do have a fair amount of weeds that may make swimming less desirable. We do our best and provide a lake rake but weather does factor into the weed conditions. *Please no use of fireworks on our dock.
