Very comfortable, fully furnished, spacious 4 bedroom farmhouse -with kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, platypus, echidnas & native birds a-plenty, the old shearing shed.. The space Kangaroo Willows is an old Sheep station close to the banks of the famous Snowy River. It has natural springs and picturesque creeks running through natural wooded areas and cleared fields! Lots of beautiful places for hiking. Whether it's time out with your partner, your family or friends - Kangaroo Willows allows you to breathe again, savor time, share activities and experience Australia! With lots of wild life including kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, horses, deer, Australian native birds etc - you just have to look out the window! At night look up at the 1000's of stars in the sky! "Pack-up your troubles in your old kit bag and smile, smile, smile" . Remember to book ahead - White Water rafting (Dalgety), Horse Riding, Mountain Bike Riding (Thredbo), Sailing (Jindabyne), Wine / Spirit tasting or plenty of free activities - fishing, cycling, platypus watching, historical towns, swimming, local markets, walking tracks, hiking, canoeing... The kitchen has pots, pans etc, stove, oven, fridge microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer everything you need! Bedding (doonas on the beds) and towels are there for you (beds made already!) and loads of extra pillows and blankets, ceiling fans etc. Please note: we have unlimited water for hot showers at the end of an active day! There is Speakers, Wifi and Satelite TV at the house, but no mobile phone coverage - there is coverage higher on the property or back on the higher points of the Ironmungie Road. (Depending on provider!) Free washing machine and dryer. Please note: we do not have fences and recommend dogs on leash.
