Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: From 02/12/2024 the royal decree 933/2021 on citizen security enters into force, by which all establishments, professional or not, are required to register all travelers. Travelers must provide a series of data such as their identity card or passport, full address and contact phone number, so that we can subsequently register at the electronic headquarters of the Spanish Ministry of Interior. To provide us with this information, all guests must complete a form upon arrival at the accommodation and send us a photo of it within 24 hours. This requirement is required by law. If a traveler refuses to be identified, they will not be able to access or stay in the apartment. There is the possibility of renting our private parking space very close to the apartment, but because we have two apartments and a single square, ask for availability and price previously.
