Completely renovated, it is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, right in front of the Mercado Theater. The renovation has respected the charm of the original house, uncovering the building's original beams and trusses, which adds character and a touch of authenticity. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It offers high-speed internet (1 GB) with Wi-Fi, a 42-inch TV with Chromecast, and a washing machine. In addition, there is the possibility of renting a private paid parking space in the surroundings subject to availability. The apartment has duct air conditioning, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As of 12/02/2024, Royal Decree 933/2021 on citizen security comes into force, whereby all establishments, professional or not, are obliged to register all travelers. Travelers must provide a series of data such as their identity document or passport, full address and contact telephone number, so that we can subsequently register at the electronic headquarters of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior. To transfer this data to us, all guests must fill out a form upon arrival at the accommodation and send us a photo of it within the first 24 hours. This requirement is mandatory by law. If a traveler refuses to be identified, they will not be able to access or stay in the apartment. There is the possibility of renting our private parking space very close to the apartment, but because we have two apartments and only one space, request availability and price in advance.
