The property is on 1 acre of natural landscape adjoining the Golf Course. You can take a walk around the many fairways and admire the beauty of an array of trees, birdlife and wildlife. The lake down below is a tranquil spot to have a picnic lunch and watch the ducks and geese swim by. Walk by the road and hear the water flowing down the creek. Smell the fresh air and observe the skyline that changes constantly from time to time. Magnificent, if your a nature lover and love to explore bush and walking tracks. Guest access You have a fully self contained apartment on the lower level of the house with bedroom & ensuite, plus sofa bed, lounge, meals, fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill and microwave, and full laundry facilities. Guests can wander the garden and property at your own leisure. You have access to the full deck & paving area overlooking the lake. There are 2 flights of stairs to the entrance of the house with a landing. The entrance is equipped with a key safe and you will need the code to access property. The upstairs is fully private and a residential area of the owners and cannot be accessed by guests. Other things to note Guests need to access the apartments via stairs. Stairs have railings and should be used if having difficulty climbing stairs.
