We live 5 min from downtown Custer, SD, in a country feel setting. Right off the main road, tucked into the mountains, you have access to every feature Custer has to offer! Custer State Park, Black Elk Wilderness, Crazy Horse Memorial, Mt Rushmore, downtown bar life etc. There is plenty to do! I have a cat who is very friendly. The deck is a nice place to relax and watch the sunrise with morning coffee. You will be staying upstairs with your own bathroom. You are welcome to the kitchen and the rest of the house with the exception of my bedroom and bathroom. Laundry is in the basement and available for your use. The main floor is a shared space for my guests and myself. We love company and hearing about your travels. You will have access to the whole house with the exception of my bedroom and bathroom. I am available if you have questions about things to see, or just to visit and get to know about your life adventures. Custer has many little specialty family-owned shops. We are 30 min from Mt Rushmore and 10 min from Crazy Horse Monument. There are many attractions, hiking trails, and entertainment for all ages located here in the Black Hills. You will need your own means of transportation to explore the area. There are no cabs or buses in the area. The guest room is on the second floor with stairs leading up to it. Laundry is also accessible by stairs in the basement.
