Yard and propane BBQ are shared with Tramonto, the lower unit. *Some California State Beaches are not dog friendly, here are some that are: Marshall Gulch, Carmet Beach, Schoolhouse Beach, Portuguese Beach, Duncan's Cove and More! You can find more information on California's Parks website. Guest access There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental. Other things to note This home is the upper unit of a duplex. The parking area, and bbq outdoor crushed rock patio are shared. The deck overlooking bay is private though. While this is a pet friendly home, be sure to include the number of pets you will be brining in your reservation request. Parking Details: Alba shares the parking area in front of the building with the other unit in this duplex and there is room for 1 car per unit. It's tight if both vehicles are trucks but if you have a sedan or small SUV parking should not be a problem. Please remember to be courteous of the other guest on the premises when parking.
