We're just 2 miles from downtown Minneapolis and 10 minutes from the U of M, I-35W, 1-94, Nightlife, Sports & Culture Keyless exterior entries so no keys to fumble or lose. Room B-2 offers a shared bathroom, kitchen and dining area with unit A and room B-1 guests. Dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils are supplied (please clean up when finished). Guests have access to adjacent green space for relaxing and yard activities. We're here to help-we have on-call maintenance in order to provide you 5-star service. Unit A and both rooms in Unit B share a bathroom, kitchen and dining area with other airBNB guests. Unit A is a one bedroom suite with ample features that can easily sleep 3 or more people. Unit B-1 is another individual room with a queen bed. Look up the other units as they are listed as individual units or inbox us about the option to rent the entire upstairs level (Unit A and Unit B) and enjoy a stay with all of your family and/or friends. Although sometime it is little noisy from cars in the outside, it still worths the lower price. The transport is also convenient. You can take bus (No. 10) to the downtown without transfer, and transfer No. 2 or 4 to University of Minnesota. Moreover, various restaurants near the hotel. Transportation was easily accessible. Just keep in mind, it’s probably not ideal for someone looking to have a private stay as the kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. ____ TT October 2018 This is in a great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Easy street parking, and a good bang for your buck. The hosts are quick to respond and help out with any concerns or questions. They're quick to communicate and solve any issues that you may experience. The microwave in the kitchen didn't work, so I shot them a line. There was a new microwave in the kitchen in less than an hour. Also, having a "bonus room" with the couch was a huge plus. Decor was on point. The location can't be beat! Only a few minutes from downtown, plus great access to public transit. Julia and Ishmael were able to accommodate an earlier check in for me as well and had everything you could need prepared. I also loved the keyless entry which made it really easy to come and go without worrying. *****
