The five-bed rooms have comfortable beds, a desk, a flat-screen TV with cable TV, a radio alarm clock, safe, wardrobe, free Wi-Fi and a small mini fridge. The Upper Room Hotel is located on the upper floors of an old building, where traditional Berlin old building apartments used to be. During your stay Reception: Our reception is open 24/7 for you. If you have any questions or requests, do not hesitate to contact us at any time. In-house technician: Our in-house technician is there for you daily until 10:30 pm. If there are any problems in your room, please contact reception so we can arrange help Other things to note Check-out: On the day of departure, check-out is scheduled until 11 am. Please return your room card(s) to the front desk. Loss of the room card will incur a €15 fee per card. If you want to extend your stay, you can book a late check-out until 1 p.m. for a fee of €20. Please book this additional service BEFORE the regular check-out time. If you check out after 11:15 am, the late check-out will be charged automatically. Breakfast: Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 7 am to 11 am. You can book breakfast for €14 per person spontaneously at the front desk at any time – please register BEFORE breakfast. Safety: For safety reasons, please make sure that all doors (room, floor, entrance and emergency exit doors) are always locked. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. If the fire department is alerted, the person responsible must pay the costs of € 1800 on site. Sustainability: We attach great importance to sustainability. In the event of heavy soiling or missing parts, we reserve the right to charge you for them. You have several options for parking around the hotel: 1. Parking on the side of the road for €3 per hour (maximum €39 per day 9 am - 10 pm) 2. Parking in the Karstadt parking garage for €25 per calendar day. 3. Parking in the Contipark underground car park Los Angeles-Platz for €28 per 24 hours. 4. Parking in our backyard for €25 per day (€80 deposit for the electronic chip) Parking spaces in the backyard are limited and can only be booked on site subject to availability.
