Serene and peaceful the property offers 5 acres to wander around on or just relax. Meet our friendly chooks and lambs. The property is fully fenced and provides lots of space for the kids to run around and play. Ideally located 15 minutes from Ballarat and 8 minutes from Delacombe Town Centre. The space The loft offers open plan living split over two levels with your own private bathroom on the lower level and open plan living on the upper level. A comfy Queen size bed with quality sheets and pillows for a restful sleep, 1x King single mattress for additional bedding. This space is ideal for small families, 2 adults and 2 children or couples. A cosy couch to relax, read a book and enjoy some quiet time. There is a kitchenette with microwave cooking and electrical appliances, and mini fridge. Snuggle up and watch some television or Netflix or play a few board games. Split heating and cooling, washing and iron facilities and undercover carport parking. Breakfast provisions to start you off; yummy free range eggs, bacon, and freshly baked bread. Tea, coffee and milk are also provided. Guest access Guests have access to the 5 acre property. Other things to note During your stay The Loft offers complete privacy its a fully self contained dwelling. A home office on the ground level will remain locked and not accessible to guests.
