Air Conditioned Coastal Styled Beach Studio, 100 mtrs to Kingscliff Beach, parklands/bike tracks. Nestled under one of our beautiful Frangipani trees on Kingscliff Lane, our studio is set away from the main house, has a separate entrance & enjoys a quiet, private location. It is spotlessly clean & beautifully appointed with WiFi, smart TV, comfy beds and the highest quality linen. Guests have the use of the breezeway alfresco dining/BBQ area, table tennis table & several outdoor relaxation areas The space Our studio has air conditioning, is designed as "Family Friendly" and can sleep 5 all up however is most suited for 2 adults and 3 children. Our property is fully fenced and has several shady/undercover areas to relax and unwind. The studio is away from the main house, has its own entry, is very private and separate amenities are exclusively for guest use only. The space has its own front porch where you can chill out and relax with a book and your morning cuppa or afternoon cocktail. There is a large breezeway alfresco dining/entertaining area available for guests to use with entertainers BBQ, blue tooth speaker, dining area, high bar and table tennis table. Guest access On arrival, the Studio entrance is through a gate off the lane way. A continental breakfast is provided first 2 nights, with good quality tea and coffee. In the studio you will find a new king sized bed, bunk beds (lower is a double, upper a single), kitchenette with full fridge, Russell Hobbs Air Fry Crisp 'N Bake Toaster/Oven, induction hotplate, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, smart TV, table & chairs, ceiling fans. Guest bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Beach towels provided for guest use and push bikes are available as well by request. Parking is available directly behind the studio in the laneway so unloading your luggage is a breeze. Other things to note We have 5 bicycles and helmets available to use if required ( 1 male & 3 unisex and 1 child) We have two pets, Nelson the lovable black Labrador ( 10 yrs) and Bunny the retired Greyhound (4 Yrs) .
