A quiet private apartment, in a separate building next to our home at the end of a cul-de-sac. About 10 minutes from the Navy base, 10 minutes from St Mary's City, 15 minutes from Leonardtown, and 30 minutes from Cove Point. This is a pet-free apartment. The space The fully furnished 350 sq ft apartment features a living room / dining room combination with kitchenette, and a separate private bedroom with a queen bed. The kitchenette includes a full-sized fridge, built-in microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and coffee pot. An air fryer/toaster oven and induction cooktop and pots are also provided. The living area includes a 46" TV with a Roku streaming player and free access to channels, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa bed. The large custom-tiled shower is handicap accessible (zero step flat entry, and a wide bathroom door). The driveway includes parking for one guest's private vehicle and additional parking is available on the street. Shared laundry facilities are available in the building via a separate entrance. Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment, which has a separate entrance. You will be given a temporary key code to the electronic door lock, for complete privacy and security. Other things to note This apartment is half of the structure; the other half is a long-term rental. Since we keep this space as allergen-free as possible, we CANNOT ACCEPT any reservations with a pet. There are no feather pillows or comforters for the same reason.
