My apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room and an open kitchen. My apartment is in a brand new building, i have just finished decorating it, It is prepared for airbnb. It will be open on June 2019. It has an open kitchen with and oven, a dishwashing machine, a refrigerator, pans, pots, glasses, a capsule coffee machine, tea, coffee, spices. All never used before. It has one bedroom and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is in the bedroom. You can find clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, tooth pase and some stuff in there. Windows have electronic blinds. 1 bedroom, 1 livingroom, 1 kitchen, parking place inside the building (open air) You will self check in, theself check-in instructions, loaded in airbnb, will be visible 24 hours before your check-in You can always send messages and call me meanwhile your stay, i try to help you if yoy need anything Neighbourhood: You can find restaurants, markets, bakeries in a few min walking distance, that stay open till midnight. You can go for a walk or run, spend time at seaside, rent a bike or have a picnic. You can also find lots of good restaurants and cafes at Bağdat street which is closeby. it’s a lively meeting point, always attracted by lots of people for shopping, dining, and entertainment. There is İstanbul Toy Museum in the same street with my apartment, I recommend visiting it, a lovely, timeless place. There's also a huge green park called "Özgürlük Parkı" in 7-10minutes walking distance where you can enjoy the green, go walk/run or have a picnic. It also has pools and cafes inside the park. Downloading “moovit” (moovitapp) the application will magically help you to find out all the possible public transport routes for your destinations . ————————— PUBLIC TRANSPORT ————————— (walk) 5mins to Göztepe Marmaray Train St. (taxi) 5mins to Göztepe Metro St. (bus/taxi) 10mins to Kadıköy. (walk) 10mins to Bağdat street. You can easily find a taxi or get an uber when you need. ————— KADIKÖY (10mins by transport): Lots of pubs, theatres, cocert halls, restaurants, cafes, shops and everything. One of the best attraction points in İstanbul. (FERRIES from Kadıköy to European Side and to The Prince Islands.) ———— “BAĞDAT AVENUE” and “CADDEBOSTAN/SEASIDE”. (10-15min walk) More peaceful with sea and trees. Good restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops , parks, jogging and biking lines by the sea. Lively on all weekdays, crowded on weekends.) ————— If you like to go to the EUROPEAN SIDE, you can take a train/metro/metrobus/dolmuş. Marmaray is linked to european metro, you can reach everywhere in 30-45 minutes with rails. —————
