Please contact me before booking if you are coming with pets.Thank you The space What makes our house unique is the location of the house, very central and still very quiet, no traffic, a garden with trees and birds singing, an outside terrace with big table. Totally renovated in May 2020. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one on the first floor. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with toilet. Internet with fiber. Cable TV with Cignal plan. Regarding COVID, we make a deep cleaning and if you wish, we can propose a total desinfection of the whole house right at your arrival (with ethanol machine) for an additional rate of 3,500 pesos. Guest access Access to the whole house. The whole property has 2 separate houses which are not connecting, facing each other and separated in the garden by trees (Mango tree, guava tree, guyabano tree and plants). The table and benches are not shared, each one attached to their house. So you will have total privacy. If you wish to rent the other house as well (3 bedrooms/2bath) please contact me. Other things to note We are happy to offer early check-in and late check-out according with availability. We can offer early check-in only if you don't book on the same day as we live in Europe and cannot answer your request before middle afternoon, due to the time difference and the time to inform our manager who lives nearby. We are strictly following the Covid cleaning protocole from airbnb but if you wish additional security, we can propose a complete desinfection of the house from a local professional (ethanol system) at an additional cost of P.3,500. Please let us know and we can arrange it right before your arrival. Please note that we offer you an allowance on your electricity consumption of 300 pesos per day. It should be enough to cover your electricity bill if you follow the following recommendations: Close the A/C when you are not in the house or when you leave the doors of the house opened during the day; do not turn the A/C too low and close the lights when you are not in the house. FYI, we spend a maximum of 200 pesos per day when we stay in the house. The electric meter will be checked with you upon arrival, and before departure. If the allowance is exceeded, you will be charged the difference (17 pesos per kwh). We have to follow this protocole to save electricity so we can keep our rental rate quite low.. and save energy for the planet! Water, gas, Converge fiber internet, Cignal cable TV plan are included in the rate.
