Guest access ● In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please according to the number of people in the room type you choose when having check-in. Sorry for not accepting the request of unexpected additional guests on the spot. If necessary, please confirm the sum of people with us in advance: 　► For zero-to-2-year-old children shall pay 200 NTD per person.  　► 3-6 years old children shall pay 400 NTD per person, including breakfast only.  　► over 7-years old children will be charged extra fee of 1,000 NTD, including breakfast and spares. ● For special festivals and Chinese New Year, the principle of no additional guests-adding is required. If necessary, please confirm with the butler in advance. ● We are worried about dust mites and do not use quilts that cannot be cleaned. We use water-washed quilts and wash them after each use to prevent allergies. If you need to add quilts, you must pay for extra quilt. The cleaning fee is 350 TWD. Thank you for your understanding our Inn's insistence on cleaning. ● Sun Moon Inn is running the business as B&B , not a hotel, therefore, there is no 24-hour counter service, check-in time is: 15:30~19:00, please contact us if you wish to check in other time. ● Check-out time is 11 a.m.. A 30-minute late check-out will incur an additional charge of 250 NTD per 30 minutes. ● Free parking is available from 15:30 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day (Please inform us in advance) , if the parking time exceeds original range of time, you will be requested to pay extra parking fee to the parking manager. ● Breakfast serving time is from 8 to 9:30, please enjoy the breakfast at 1st floor before 9:30. ●Sun Moon Inn is located in the residential area, please lower the volume to keep the quality of the cozy stay. If noises bother other tourists and neighbors, we have the right to ask you to leave right away and won’t return any refund, please keep in mind and thank you for your cooperation.
