If the mountain power goes out, yours stays on automatically, with no interruptions - keeping you warm and the lights on without you having to lift a finger! ● WINTER TRAVEL ❄️ To ensure you arrive safely, please note that 4x4/AWD or snow chains are required by local law during active snow conditions. Other things to note OUR COMMUNITY STANDARDS To ensure the best experience for you and our local community, we strictly adhere to San Bernardino County regulations: ● PEACE OF MIND: We are one of the few homes with an AUTOMATIC BACKUP GENERATOR. If the mountain power goes out, yours stays on! This ensures you have heat, lights, and power for your devices even during winter storms. (Note: Hot tub and Wi-Fi may be affected by service provider outages). ● OCCUPANCY: Per county rules, we can only host a maximum of 5 guests at all times. ● SMALL TOWN SERENITY: We love our neighbors! Our cabin is in a quiet residential area. Please observe Quiet Hours after 9 PM. ● PARKING: Please park only on our private parking deck (street parking is not permitted). ● SMOKE-FREE: To protect our mountain air, and prevent fires, smoking, vaping, or drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
