Hi! How nice that you are looking at our house. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children who have a house of about 190 m2 spread over two floors with a large lush garden located in beautiful Berga. It is close to Kalmarsund's beaches and with convenient cycling or walking distance to Kalmar city center. Grocery stores are within walking distance. For those who will compete in Ironman 2024, the location is perfect as it is cycling distance to the Kvarnholmen expo, initial swimming and final running. If you come by car, you can park in our lockable garage and the house of course has an alarm.
