Alcione B&B a stone's throw from the sea - Green room

The bed and breakfast is only 100 meters from the promenade of Pescara south, in the pine forest area. You can choose between a large free beach or one equipped with beach resorts and restaurants. It is located adjacent to the illustrious D'Annunzio pine forest in Pescara (the green lung of the city) near the D'Annunzio theater, the university and the "Marina di Pescara" tourist port. The area is well connected by public transport, close to the ring road junction, but quiet and surrounded by greenery. The space Green room: double room of 16 square meters with a large double bed (170 x 210), private external bathroom and equipped with a beautiful flowered balcony facing south. Guest access Guests can enjoy a large and bright living room and 2 balconies, equipped with tables and chairs, outside the kitchen (usable for breakfast) and the living room (ideal for smokers!). Below the house you will find a large condominium parking lot, available after receiving the key. During your stay At check-in, I will be present to welcome you, hand over the keys, and explain how the house works or answer any questions you may have. Other things to note For times other than those established for check-in, it is essential to make preliminary arrangements with Sandra and in any case for any delays beyond the established time, penalties of 10 euros are provided by 10:00 p.m. and 20 euros after but not later than 11:30 p.m. Smoking is not allowed inside the house: there are two flowered balconies that can be used by guests (one facing north and the other facing south) with tables and chairs. Respecting the agreed arrival time is essential, otherwise you risk not finding anyone! Communication is key to any problem.
