The total home is 4300 square feet and set up like a duplex with 2 separate living spaces on 2 floors: 1 for guests and 1 for the host. Alexa is conveniently situated beneath the living room flatscreen TV and in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a 43" 4K Smart TV and (so I've been told) a magic, comfortable mattress. The master bathroom is stocked with 3 different body washes, multiple shampoos/conditioners, hair dryer, and dedicated laundry if you need to come and go with clean clothes. For those needing to work from home: there's a desk (with a monitor and HDMI Cable giving you dual monitor action (so bring your computer adapter) to get your productive juices flowing. 3-4 parking spots (on property) available and an outdoor sitting area dedicated to you. There are 4 queen beds in the 2 bedrooms, one sofa and one loveseat (both with pullout memory foam mattresses). The host lives on the top floor with a separate entrance and a separate living space. There are occasions when guests and I see one another outside in passing and choose to interact, choose to meet face to face, may share a meal if time permits, and develop a friendship. We all have busy lives so if those lives happen to mesh: that's awesome! If not: It's important that my guests know they can have 100% privacy and a home away from home experience without the check-in/out hassles that hotels create. Other things to note I have recently remodeled the AirBnB living area, so I am always interested in hearing my guests feedback so I can add other niceties and decor to make this space even more comfortable and inviting.
