Toscana villa is situated in Varres area, just 5 mins away by car from the vibrant town centre of Zakynthos and the popular Tsilivi beach resort (with one of the best sandy beaches of the island). Whether you prefer to relax by the pool in absolute privacy or explore the island from a perfect starting point, our villa is an ideal option! The space Our villa measures 80 square meters and features two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single ones), as well as a double sofa-bed and a folding guest bed in the living room. There is also a kitchen (which is fully equipped and ready to use), as well as a furnished balcony. There are two bathrooms in total: one with a bathtub and an additional bathroom with a shower. Guest access The villa and all the facilities are available for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time: we will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the villa for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 3pm. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guests are arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
