EMORY within walking distance

We are Victor and Ana María. We have a basement with a spacious room and a private bathroom available in our charming house located in a quiet part of Druid Hills with a park across the street. We live 1 mile from the Emory / CDC area, with easy access to Emory Village, near MARTA stops. The space Contemporary style in a relaxing, quiet home. 20 minute walk to Emory and MARTA stop. Linens and towels, toiletries, hair dryer available, as well as ironing board on request. There is a mini fridge and a coffee maker for our guests’ use. Private entrance is on the ground floor next to the driveway. Street parking available at any time and on the driveway to load and unload. We will be present during our guests' stay, as will our Bernedoodle (Pancho). We will keep him upstairs. We stay upstairs; the downstairs space is always 100% private. Quiet. Trees. Minimal traffic. Walking distance to Emory and Emory village. There is a MARTA bus stop (route 36 on N Decatur) just under a mile from our house near Emory. The 36 connects to the Midtown station at its west end and the Avondale Station at the east. Guest access Private entrance is on the ground floor next to the driveway. Street parking available at any time and on the driveway to load and unload. We ask that you park on our side of the road, the “house” side, not the park side, and not in front of the mailbox. Other things to note We ask for our guests to be gentle (soft) when closing doors after 9pm as sound travels easily in the house. We will do our best to be mindful of our noise level too.
