Please note; this is a quiet space, attached to a residential home, but you'll have complete privacy and no shared spaces with the residents. Private entrance. Street parking only. The space - Extremely comfortable bed - Wi-Fi - SmartTV with streaming services (no free to air channels) - Rainfall-style shower - Kitchenette amenities (not a kitchen) with mini fridge (no freezer), toaster, kettle, and microwave (no cooktop or cooking facilities - best for snacks and small meals like a sandwiches and soups, etc.) - New ceiling fan - Outdoor table & chairs What more could you want for your Byron beachside getaway! There's small outdoor space with an outdoor dining table for 2 to enjoy your breakfast under the sun, surrounded by palm trees. It's professionally cleaned with hotel quality hired linen and towels provided for your comfort. Cleaning products provided as well. Street parking only. Note - One of the home’s tenants sleeps behind the wall where the TV is mounted, which means that the volume must be lowered after 10pm, and off by midnight. Ceiling fan only - no air con. Heated fitted sheet provided in winter. Guest access Guests can arrive whenever they plan to and check-in via a key lockbox attached to the wall by the entrance of the studio.
