This vacation home with its breathtaking lake view is just minutes from Lake Maggiore. The charm of the house is especially the terraces in the east and south-west direction, the panoramic windows and the garden with vineyard. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a living room with fireplace and a TV room provide comfort. The house is good for families (with kids). A car is necessary. Late checkout is possible for a fee on site. The space Charming, spacious vacation home with stunning lake views, completely renovated in 2016. Located in a quiet part of Suna, approx. 80 meters high, within walking distance to the lake and the town center. The living room on the first level has floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and a fireplace, upstairs is the TV room with access to the garden. The floor is parquet. There are four bedrooms for eight people (ideal for six adults and two children), two on each level. One of the bedrooms on the first level has an attached bathtub. A total of three bathrooms provide comfort. The upstairs bedroom has a wonderful balcony that offers infinity lake views. The smaller bedroom upstairs is particularly suitable for children. The open kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine is comfortably equipped. The first level has two terraces, one with a south-west orientation, the other a south-east orientation, so ideally suited for breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Behind the house is a small garden with a vineyard, olive and lemon tree as well as a herb corner for your own harvest. A private parking space is available, one to two more rather unconventional at the house. A 10-minute walk, albeit quite steep on the way back, is the town center of Suna, which is a lively, little tourist town. There are swimming areas, water sports, a public swimming pool and a pretty lake promenade. Excursions to the mountains, such as the Ossola valleys or the Val Grande, for mountaineering, hiking, mountain biking, ski tours, are just as attractive as the many water sports on Lake Maggiore or on the neighboring lakes such as Lake Orta. If you prefer it urban, go to Milan or Turin. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for a fee of €15/person. The property is a non-smoking house, parties are not allowed. Other things to note In the house there are a small basic equipment with food and drinks, enough to arrive in Italy for the first time. Feel welcome and invited to take advantage of this. In the house you ll find food and drinks for a Italian survival- you are welcome to take what you need but please make sure to replace used items for onwards arriving people. Further more you ll find guide books and hikingmaps to explore the area! I ll find up to 3 parkings - one on the entrance level and 2 more Italian style ones beside the road below the western Terrasse. Restaurants there are plenty in Suna and surrounding places- out of my perspective consult TripAdvisor before making your choise! My favorite for a drink is the extemadura- cool place to hangout!
